1. Agreement and operator

Heoxify is a product and brand operated by Heoxa Teknoloji, based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between Heoxa Teknoloji and you, the business or individual using the Heoxify software service (“Service”). When these Terms say “Heoxify”, they mean the Service offered under that name.

Heoxify is a cloud subscription product that helps you automate and manage replies to incoming Instagram Direct Messages and incoming website chat conversations, capture and qualify leads, and operate AI-assisted workflows you configure. The Service is intended for legitimate customer communication, not unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.

Compliance note: Heoxify does not send unsolicited messages or spam. All automation is user-controlled and designed to support compliant communication workflows. You are responsible for complying with Instagram/Meta policies, your payment provider’s terms where applicable, and all laws that apply to you.

2. What the Service includes

Depending on your plan, features may include: unified inbox for connected channels, AI-assisted draft or automated replies to incoming conversations (subject to plan limits), configurable prompts and guardrails, lead records, exports, and related dashboard tools.

Instagram connectivity relies on Meta’s official APIs and your authorization. We are not affiliated with Meta; Instagram® is a trademark of Meta Platforms.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate registration information.
Credentials are your responsibility; notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
By connecting Instagram, you confirm you have authority to bind the relevant Page/business assets.

4. Subscriptions, conversation credits, and plan limits

Heoxify is offered on subscription tiers with monthly conversation credits and limits (such as numbers of Instagram accounts and web chatbots). Overage behavior (e.g., pausing AI features when credits are exhausted) is described in-app and may change with notice.

Published marketing copy is summarised; the billing page and in-product plan screen control the commercial offer you accept at purchase.

5. Payments (Merchant of Record)

For paid plans, payments are processed by a Merchant of Record (payment partner). Card and subscription lifecycle details are handled according to that provider’s policies and applicable law.

We do not store full payment card numbers on Heoxify servers. You can manage billing through the customer portal linked from your account where enabled.

Refunds: Our Refund Policy describes refunds, including the 14-day refund period for eligible purchases.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You may use Heoxify only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of any platform you connect. You agree not to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages, “cold” outreach campaigns, or spam;
Harass, threaten, deceive users, or distribute malware or illegal content;
Misrepresent identity, scrape or harvest contacts in violation of platform rules, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or safety controls;
Use the Service in any way that could reasonably damage Heoxify, other customers, or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, risk, or legal or platform-driven enforcement.

7. Your compliance with third-party platforms

You are solely responsible for compliance with Meta/Instagram developer and messaging policies, data use restrictions, and advertising or commerce rules where relevant. We may modify or discontinue features if required by platform policy.

8. Intellectual property

Heoxify software, branding, and documentation are owned by Heoxa Teknoloji or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during an active subscription, subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated content can be wrong; you remain responsible for what is sent on your channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Heoxa Teknoloji is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel paid subscriptions via the billing portal where applicable. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, legal obligation, or non-payment.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
