1. Who we are

Heoxify is a product and brand operated by Heoxa Teknoloji. This policy applies to paid plans for the Heoxify service. The free Launch tier is not a paid purchase and is not covered by Section 2 below.

2. 14-day refund

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

The 14-day period starts on the date you first pay for a paid Heoxify plan (for example a Starter, Pro, or Scale subscription). Email info@heoxa.com from your registered account email and include your workspace or order details so we can process your request.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

3. Payments and billing

Paid purchases are processed by a Merchant of Record (payment partner). Invoices and card statements may show that provider’s name. Heoxify does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

If a renewal charge fails, your workspace may enter a restricted state: AI-assisted replies and related features may pause until a valid subscription is restored, as described in our Terms and in the product.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this page and will change the “Last updated” date. Important changes may be communicated by email or in the product.
