Plans combine monthly conversation credits (AI-assisted turns debited when the model runs), a cap on website chatbots, and how many Instagram accounts you can connect per workspace. Overage behaviour depends on your provider configuration—typically you upgrade or wait for the next billing period rather than silent hard-off, so support teams are not surprised mid-shift.

Who each tier fits

Checkout and renewals are handled through integrated billing (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, depending on how your workspace is provisioned). Workspace admins attach payment methods and download invoices; members keep working inside inbox and bot settings without touching cards or tax profiles.

FAQ — credits & upgrades

What counts as a “conversation credit”? Server-side usage is tied to AI reply generation events (and related metering). Exact rounding is shown in your workspace usage UI after login.

Can I change plans mid-cycle? Upgrades generally apply immediately where the billing provider supports proration; downgrades follow the provider’s rules. Check the in-app billing screen for your workspace.

Do you charge for human-only replies? The product is optimised around AI-assisted throughput; manual operator messages do not consume the same AI debit path.
