HeoxifyPlatform capabilities
Heoxify is built as a workspace-first product: each workspace owns bots, widget keys, Instagram account rows, conversations, and usage ledgers. That separation matters for agencies (one login, many customers) and for internal IT review—data boundaries are explicit rather than “one global account”.
Channels
- Instagram DM: OAuth/Meta flows, page ID sync, per-account prompt and welcome settings (with admin-only sensitive fields), webhook ingestion, and AI replies that respect your lead collection prompt.
- Website chat: lightweight embed, hostname allowlists to stop key theft, session idempotency for double-submits, and the same AI stack as Instagram for consistent tone.
