HeoxifyPlatform capabilities
Heoxify is built as a workspace-first product: each workspace owns channel configurations, widget keys, Instagram account rows, conversations, and usage ledgers. That separation matters for agencies (one login, many customers) and for internal IT review—data boundaries are explicit rather than “one global account”.
Channels
- Instagram messaging: OAuth/Meta flows, page ID sync, per-account response settings (with admin-only sensitive fields), webhook ingestion, and AI-assisted replies that follow your workflow rules.
- Website chat: lightweight embed, hostname allowlists to protect keys, session idempotency for double-submits, and the same AI stack as Instagram for consistent tone.
Lead & operations
- Dynamic fields: define labels, types, required flags, and optional AI “ask” timing (immediate vs after intent).
- Inbox & assignments: team members work from shared context; admins retain integration secrets.
- Guardrails: server-side abuse heuristics and billing restrictions before expensive model calls—protects credits and brand reputation.
